Review on Revolutionize Your Ride with the Total Saddle Fit Perfect Saddle Pad - Western Pad by Nolan White

First of all I would like to say that I am extremely disappointed with this mat. I ride a lot and have problems with the pad rubbing against my horse's withers. No, no seat. pillow! I bought this pillow hoping it would be open enough to take the pressure off my withers and not make my poor guy bleed. Yes, I've even ridden bareback with just padding to test my suspicions. Well it works. However, this site is HUGE. I ordered a 30" square and indeed it swallows my friend! But other than that I did everything I could to help with this pillow and unless you ride a barrel horse the 'relief' would be too much. So big that it slips off just enough to separate the skin from the felt. For what we paid for this rug I am very disappointed in the quality and durability of only 5 months. If I wanted something to fall apart, I'd settle for cheap pads. I got great endurance from them. I have contacted the company and am currently awaiting a response regarding a replacement or what I can do to fix it. I can't give a high rating at the moment. I really hope to edit this review soon and give a great customer rating, but we all know it's a waiting game at this point. Edit: Customer service was outstanding! I look forward to the replacement! 5 stars for customer service. I will continue this review to determine the quality of the pads.
