I've taken them off and on for years. I seem to lose more weight when I take them. This may be because I pay more attention to what I eat when taking it. However, I feel like I have more energy when I take them and I seem to be able to add some energy to my workouts. Would have given that five stars but took one off because the amount of new product is FUN. We used to have 100 capsules per bottle, now we have 60. This is a 10 day supply as you need to take 6 capsules per day. The bottle is the same as before, only much emptier. I'd rather pay more and make better use of the space than clutter up the closet with extra bottles (to make sure you have enough stock before re-ordering).
