Not difficult, but not easy either
So the glue is pretty weak. This is my second digitizer replacement. It's pretty finicky and you have to fold the cables properly or it will rise. Luckily I have a case that will hold it, but I still don't like knowing it will go up. I've watched a lot of videos and still can't figure out what it is. But seeing how they've dropped in price makes me think it's worth it.
