Review on 💆 Ultimate Pain Relief: Intelligent Neck Massager with Heat, 6 Modes, 16 Levels & Cordless Operation by Jon Thawngzauk

This product is very picky and rarely works. I bought this for my husband who has chronic neck problems. He was pleased that he had a neck massager which was also warm. A few things about this product: 1 - Super big and bulky, you can't move your head much because it's so big 2 - There is a remote control to control the massage and heat level, it beeps every time you adjust each setting . This beep is so loud that it cannot be reduced or turned off. The few seconds my husband tried to set it up drove me crazy at how loud it was. He didn't want to take it to work because it would annoy his colleagues. 3 - the slightest movement and he stops massaging. And I'm talking EVERY move. 4. Included is a card saying they will send you a $30 Revain gift card if you leave a review on their site. I followed the steps and NEVER received a gift card. I actually received an email from the company speaking to them about the issues I was having and even when I asked when I would receive my gift card they ignored it. They asked me to send a video of it not working and replied with a snarky comment that the massager has to be on your neck for it to work. I replied yes I knew that but if it doesn't work on my neck it doesn't matter if the video is shown on my neck or not. I strongly recommend saving your money and finding something else. This product is useless.
