
I've always struggled with maintaining muscle mass when trying to lose weight and there really is nothing more depressing than watching my lifts slip off each week when I'm cut . I recently started a new run after a long winter of bulking and decided to use HMB for this as I've heard it can help prevent muscle loss when cutting. and been so happy so far. I've only lost 5 pounds on the bench and haven't lost anything on any other exercise. My squats, deadlifts and everything else stays the same. Even when I looked in the mirror, I couldn't see any visible changes in muscle mass. For reference, the last time I cut I lost almost 20 pounds on the bench press, 15 pounds on the squat, and 15 pounds on the deadlift in just 3 times. Months. I could also tell by looking at myself that I had lost some muscle. My hands didn't fill the sleeves of many of my favorite shirts like they used to. I can say with 100% certainty that this makes a huge difference for me. I take a dose with breakfast, lunch and dinner. To be honest the only downside is remembering to take it thrice a day. I can't tell if the effects would be as strong if the product was used less often, but I swear by it now.
