I like how easy it was to use this software as well as all their customer service! The customer support team helped me through my issues multiple times over several months without fail.

There were some minor bugs but they worked quickly to fix them. It took time getting used to using such a new system especially since there are so many different ways you can do things which confused us at first. We have been able to streamline our workflow greatly allowing staff members to be more efficient while also improving overall accuracy rates.
