Great alternative to more expensive body rolling balls
I love it! Much cheaper than Yamana's bodyroll kits and basically the same (I've used both). I love that they can be inflated/deflated at will with a bike pump or air compressor. I use them for everything: back, calves, quads, hamstring, QL, iliotibial band. Very diverse!
- NEEDLE PUMP SOLD SEPARATELY: Franklin balls come partially inflated but require a needle pump to adjust stiffness.
