I originally bought this mount for my personal gaming rig. I have two Dell s2716dg that push my hands to the limit. When I assembled it for the first time, I was concerned that my hands would slowly sink onto the table. I continued reading the instructions and realized that you may need to tighten the brackets depending on the weight of the monitor. Having tightened both brackets a few times, I'm happy to report that they are strong yet flexible and don't sag. They are really worth their price and maybe even a little underpriced. If you're lucky and can buy it during the sale, it's not difficult. I was trying to save a few bucks, bought the WALI brand and was disappointed. WALI's brand quality is plastic versus metal on this model, and the WALI setup was very unreliable and didn't provide the nice, clean, seamless fit between monitors that I was looking for.
