I have to say I was really surprised by the price of this kit. But when I got it, I was really impressed - the tools and tutorial video smoothed out the somewhat intimidating exchange (although still a bit intimidating!). I thought the sticky paper for tracking the SMALL screws was a very thoughtful (and important!) addition. I went all the way through the exchange thinking I had a dead LCD panel so I contacted support. Customer service was fantastic - they were patient with me via email and in short, I have a working iPad! Very happy with this company, will work with them again. Thank you!
