
Thick and smooth parchment paper that really provides a non-stick surface for baking and cooking with oil or grease on metal utensils. So far I've baked 8 loaves of sourdough bread in my cast iron skillet without any stickiness whatsoever. In addition, this parchment paper is strong enough to be used 2-3 times before it becomes too brittle to reuse. My only complaint is that it's made in China and not here in the US, which isn't listed anywhere that I could see. However, given the price, I wasn't surprised to see "Made in China" printed on a thin cardstock with minimal glue. I had to use duct tape to reassemble the box to use the tear-off blade.
