The best parchment I've ever had.

This is the nicest, thickest, smoothest, largest format parchment I have ever owned. Will definitely buy again as I use a lot of parchment paper when cooking. At least almost twice a day. My only complaint is that the packaging it comes in is terrible, it has completely fallen apart. You get a nice big heavy roll of paper and the box just isn't strong enough to hold it. There wasn't enough glue on the ends of the box and they came loose on the first use and I have to be very careful or theโ€ฆ

Must be cut with scissors

The box comes with a metal strip that you can theoretically use to tear the parchment paper to the length you want. This metal cutter does not work. I use parchment paper everyday to cook bacon in the oven. This paper tears/torn unevenly every time. So we need to cut with scissors. If it takes too long, the paper will touch the oven wall and catch fire. Too short and the bacon will seep underneath, defeating the purpose of using parchment paper from the start. As I said, I buy a lot ofโ€ฆ

why is this rated so highly? TERRIBLE PRODUCT!

I used Costco parchment paper and was looking for a replacement because I couldn't find it anymore. Bought it based on the good reviews but very disappointed. He's not fat at all. It breaks very easily and not where I want it to. It becomes slightly transparent where it absorbs oil because there is no coating. It also doesn't keep the pan clean as the oil and moisture will seep through! Worst parchment paper I've ever used! The box is terrible too. I had to staple the whole box together because

Wrong item; good customer service from Revain

I ordered a pack of 2 rolls of parchment paper and only received 1 roll making it prohibitively expensive. Update: After finding the link and navigating through the automated Revain service bot, send a message to a real person, get good customer service, and resolve the issue - refund the purchase price, although I've suggested mine simply send another roll or refund the difference in cost between single and double packs. Regarding the product, the packaging is beautiful and strong; The cutterโ€ฆ

Great!: Baking Tools & Accessories

I've run out of my favorite parchment paper. I bought some at the supermarket but they were cheap and flimsy. That's great quality! It's hard work and works wonders. I use silicone baking sheets, but sometimes I just don't need the extra cleaning; Parchment saves the day. I cook clean with all alternative flours and sweeteners. Most types of dough are different from the usual, so parchment makes cooking very easy. I place it under the "bread" in a loaf/bread pan and let it droop a little around

High quality parchment in inferior packaging Made in China

Thick and smooth parchment paper that really provides a non-stick surface for baking and cooking with oil or grease on metal utensils. So far I've baked 8 loaves of sourdough bread in my cast iron skillet without any stickiness whatsoever. In addition, this parchment paper is strong enough to be used 2-3 times before it becomes too brittle to reuse. My only complaint is that it's made in China and not here in the US, which isn't listed anywhere that I could see. However, given the price, Iโ€ฆ
