
I've run out of my favorite parchment paper. I bought some at the supermarket but they were cheap and flimsy. That's great quality! It's hard work and works wonders. I use silicone baking sheets, but sometimes I just don't need the extra cleaning; Parchment saves the day. I cook clean with all alternative flours and sweeteners. Most types of dough are different from the usual, so parchment makes cooking very easy. I place it under the "bread" in a loaf/bread pan and let it droop a little around the edge to form "handles" to lift the finished product without fear of breaking or crumbling . I am very happy with this purchase and have put it on my 'Subscribe and Save' page. Love it!
