This is the nicest, thickest, smoothest, largest format parchment I have ever owned. Will definitely buy again as I use a lot of parchment paper when cooking. At least almost twice a day. My only complaint is that the packaging it comes in is terrible, it has completely fallen apart. You get a nice big heavy roll of paper and the box just isn't strong enough to hold it. There wasn't enough glue on the ends of the box and they came loose on the first use and I have to be very careful or the paper will roll on the floor. I would get rid of the box, but I need a cutter. I have to glue the ends together.
