There is only a 2 inch rib cuff around the waist...
This oversized skirt fits and I love the material but none of the reviews mention that the rib cuffs are just one big piece of rib cuff around the waist. It's not covered with fabric and makes the skirt look very cheap... it's like a nice scarf with an elastic top. The skirt is back.
