Review on Single Function Pressure Balance Temperature Cartridge 10664 by Franz Esquivel

This cartridge worked great on my single handle kitchen sink faucet which leaked from time to time. Installation was easy - lots of YouTube videos will show you the process. I did the following: 1. Close the water2. Remove the plug covering the set screw on the handle. 3. Remove the decorative (I have matte stainless steel) cover from the brass body of the cartridge4. Remove the cartridge's brass body (I needed an adjustable wrench to loosen it)5. Pull out the cartridge and replace it (pay attention to cartridge orientation and temperature setting)6. Replace the cartridge and reverse the above steps. Very easy job. Easiest cartridge change I've ever done. That's doubly nice, because the price is half the factory replacement. I will update if it fails prematurely.
