This is junk. Firstly it has to be smaller than it looks in the pictures and it's my fault for not reading the size. But the protection from the picture is plastic, the loops holding the heart are crooked so the heart sits crooked, the little gold holder for the ashes looks like complete junk (although it's hidden when uncovered) , and the clip showing the back of the picture is visible from the front as it is too big for a frame. To top it off, there is no need to ask for a small funnel as almost every ash memorial is included. What a waste of money. It doesn't even seem like they tried to do well.
