Review on Pool Brain by Jose Guzman

I like how easy it is for me as an agent/owner, when there are any kind or errors in our system - its detected from one place! We do have some things we need help with occasionally (sometimes). But most everything that has come up so far was solved easily through training provided by BBB's team here - super awesome people!! Highly recommend this program if using multiple locations- especially since all my agents know each other well already which makes communication much quicker & easier than having them use their personal cell phones :) Easy to use, intuitive interface, helpful features. Not much I dislike about it, maybe that some fields are rather small when adding new data points or editing existing ones - sometimes having to zoom in is needed. This has not been an issue for me, though. For our business we're able to track all aspects of water conditions with this system.
