I like how easy it is for me to use and navigate through my account. It gives you access to all of your medical records which are stored safely online. This has been very helpful with keeping up-to date with current appointments and doctor visits as well as making sure that my health insurance stays up to date. The website itself can be difficult to read at times especially when there's lots going on within one page. There needs to be more training available for new users who may not have extensive computer knowledge. Accessing my medical records from home rather than having to go into an office. Being able to keep track of important dates such as upcoming doctor or dental appointments, etc.
