Let's start with the ingredients. They are properly listed on the tin and online, but the tin was packed with different ingredients. Since my kids have a lot of allergies, I was concerned about the almond based ingredient listed on the box/packaging. I emailed the company and it probably took a week or more to get a response from them. They confirmed the packaging was wrong. The jar is correctly labeled and matches the ingredients listed online. The product itself is oddly much more complicated than I imagined. You literally have to use your fingernail to scrape off some of the product to be used. From there, it's easier to rub it into your palm before applying directly to your beard. I've been using this product for a few weeks now and really haven't noticed much difference, if any, in the roughness/texture of my beard. It may have helped a bit with my beard styling as I combed my beard after applying the product. Also, it may have helped keep my skin from drying out. The smell is pleasant but not strong. The biggest problem with this product is the price. It really is a tiny jar - much smaller than any hair product I've ever bought - and the price is probably twice what I've ever bought for hairstyling. How can this be justified? If the product was just amazing I could kinda live with the price but at $24 for this tiny jar I have to say it's a very low value and the rating drops to 2 stars. For a reasonable price I would give 3 stars. I would advise you to keep looking. You can do better for a lot less money.
