Review on Sitejabber by George Woods

The ease of using this tool is great! It's very easy for me as I am not tech savvy at all but my husband can do most things with it so that makes life easier when we have issues or questions about how something works in general (like our website). There isn't much i dislike other then maybe some features could be made more user friendly by adding icons instead if text descriptions which would make us less likely try out new functions because they don;t know what those look like yet without reading them first haha!! If anyone has any suggestions please let others who need help understand these better feel free too ask away.
