With 6 fans I've been having issues with rattles in my case so thought I'd try making pads with sticky backed foam but while browsing around and came across this one and thought it was worth buying them instead of trying to cut your own gaskets. They work? Yes, they reduce vibration. However, there is one limitation: I have cutouts in several places, which means that the seals do not stick to the housing surface. There is also a filter I had between the housing and the gasket that has deformed enough to rub against the fan bearing hub. I actually had to move them outside of the fuselage. Otherwise they work as they should.
