I bought this because I wanted a black headset in this design as my last Plantronics headset had a similar design and I liked it. I didn't want to pay more than $40 for a Plantronics headset so I took a chance buying this brand I had never heard of. The volume is actually higher than my Plantronics, which is great if you're listening to something at a low max volume. Easy to put on and comfortable for a long time. It doesn't change my guess because I paid half what I paid for Plantronics, but the only things I wish were plastic ear pads instead of flexible rubber, and a slider to turn on/off instead to hold down a button. This is probably a matter of taste, because others may not have the same preferences as I do.
