Has some quirks. on my review.

I have not had a lot of time to get to know this system well, but I do want to point out an issue I had. One of the reasons that I purchased this is because it has an AM/FM radio. I bought another unit from another seller and that radio did not have AM at all, so I returned it (The FM was only marginal). I was glad to see that this unit had AM and FM RDS. RDS shows the name of the song or program being played on most FM stations. I think that is kind of cool. A few days after installing the radio I noticed that AM had stopped working and FM was not as good as it was. I requested an exchange and the new unit came today. I installed the new unit, and everything was working as expected. I added a few apps, setup Bluetooth, and WiFi and adjusted the EQ settings. In the EQ there are a couple of options like Bass Boost, Loudness Compensation along with options to turn these features OFF or ON. There's also an AMP setting. Since I am not using an external amp, I shut that off. I just got into my car and turned on the AM radio, and guess what.just static. Same as last time. I then discovered that the AMP setting in the EQ, actually turns OFF(or ON) power to my amplified antenna. Once I re-enabled the amp setting, the radio reception returned to normal. I don't think this is the intended function of that setting. If you are using external amps you probably want some way to enable/disable the trigger for them, but I don't think this setting was intended to enable/disable the antenna amplifier.
