I had had this bag for just over thirty (34) days when the strap came loose from the bracket. There was no way to put it back, so the wallet is useless. Luckily I was able to get a refund (after complaining to customer service as the 30 days had just expired). This bag was first flagged as very suspicious when it arrived and still had a faint odor. The company was quick to respond to my question and said the packaging was sealed and the smell would (my word of mouth) dissipate after a short time if aired. This mostly happened just before the handle broke. Very disappointing as the bag is well designed with enough pockets and compartments. It only needs the strap to be more secure.
