The goods came with a broken strap. It was immediately clear that the bag had previously been sold and returned by someone else. The label is already cut off and simply put in the pocket. It is annoying that someone else has already returned and resold this DEFECTIVE item to me. The bag wasn't packed well so it was wrinkled. And the color is actually darker than the picture.

I bought the black color and the bag is beautiful. It worked great initially but loses shape when you pull out what you need and one of the zippers now gets stuck all the time. I also wish it was a bit bigger to better accommodate the notepad and 8.5x11 files. The width is perfect, the strap is good. If improvements were made it could be a great backpack for the price. Stuck Lightning is annoying and I wish I had reconfigured it. I'm looking for a different bag.

So I'm happy with the purchase. I was so close to ordering the twice the price and now I'm so glad I didn't. I was worried it would look too shiny as the promotional photo showing the model makes the bag look almost like patent leather. Of course, it has a rich radiance and a beautiful color. The size is a little bigger than I'm used to, but I'm amazed at how much it holds. The only drawback is the weight of the bag. Wow, it's hard, but then I'm an old lady and I'll probably lose my powers ;)

Color was exactly as shown in the photos - I received a few and they are not as shown. The quality seems to be very good. The pockets are great and the security zippers keep my stuff inside. I would like some more pockets on the outside for keys and cell phone - I'd rather keep those things on the outside of the bag than rummage through the inside. This is a beautiful bag/shoulder bag. The bag is a rich burgundy color and it is a really beautiful rich burgundy color. Looks so expensive, I just love it. Poor quality interior. The interior design of the bag has too many fabric pockets to create different sections and this is made even more annoying because they are made from such thin and thin fabric that these pockets are everywhere and don't stay in one place. therefore blocks the view of what is inside.
