I have been using this product for at least 5 years now as an administrator in my organization (I am not personally aware if it has changed much). It was easy enough for me to deploy our first solution since we all are trained into one system - no learning curve or anything like that! Easy setup, good documentation available online, great customer service, always willing/able to help out when needed. They recently made some changes which included changing their mobile app from iOS only to Android also but nothing too significant so far other than having more options for users who use multiple platforms to access solutions. Benefits include cost-effectiveness of implementation compared to other tools offered by competitors in the market. Great way to provide employee services as well.
