i love this product. Very nice for the price. When I first used it it raised my back but when I spoke to a friend about it she said I had to strap it as tight as possible which I did and now it works perfectly. I use it for aqua aerobics as the instructor makes us do deep sea aerobics and stay off the bottom even in shallow water. I'm not a strong swimmer yet. I'm 5'3 and 175 and works perfectly for me. I considered getting a more expensive one with a different brand but figured I'd try this one first as it's under $20 and then increases in price as needed. I'm glad I bought this one. Dries quickly as I take my gym bag with me when I go to the water aerobics 3 times a week. Highly recommended, just remember to keep the strap taut as you would with any buoyancy belt.
