There is a narrowing of the jaw line.
It's not a surgical procedure and it doesn't work overnight, but it seems to tighten the jaw and cheek muscles. At first my cheeks and jaw hurt a little, but that passed quickly. I use it every morning and evening for a few minutes. Would buy again.
