    This product is essential if you are trying to improve your chin! I've only been using it for a few days but I'm already seeing improvements in my looks. The kit comes with 4 jaw trainers, each with increasing hardness, as advertised. When one gets easy you can move on to the next, it actually works your jaw! So glad I found this product.

    Pretty good so far.

    I've been using it for almost a month now and it really gives you a good workout. This is when you know the muscles are working. It will definitely take some time to show the final results but I like my purchase. I gave one to my family member and was happy to use it.

    There is a narrowing of the jaw line.

    It's not a surgical procedure and it doesn't work overnight, but it seems to tighten the jaw and cheek muscles. At first my cheeks and jaw hurt a little, but that passed quickly. I use it every morning and evening for a few minutes. Would buy again.

    I've learned a lot about how weak our jaws can become from eating improperly and also wanted to work on becoming stronger. I've seen advertisements for jaw exercises for years and finally decided to do it. It's that simple and I use it when I commute to and from work. I will definitely train well.

    Was skeptical, but it works!

    I used to buy jaw exercise mastic but I could never find it here in the States for a very low price so it was an expensive practice. I ordered them and was initially skeptical as I figured they wouldn't work as well as chewing gum. I was wrong, it works better and faster and can't even be used like chewing gum. My jaw literally got tired a few days after I started using them. Highly recommended!

    No instructions? - Skin Care

    I bought these I hope they help my body grind my teeth in my sleep. Hopefully this will give me the jaw strength I need so I don't unknowingly grind my retainer while I sleep. My only complaint is that there are no instructions at all on how to use this product. That speaks for itself, of course, but is there a correct way to use it? Back and forth? How long should I exercise? When do I switch to a harder power? It would also be nice if each one was labeled so I don't mix them up.

    Excellent jaw workout

    To be honest I was a bit skeptical at first but these exercise balls really work the jaw and tone the face. I've been using mine every other day for a month and have noticed great results on my face. I recently lost 25 pounds but couldn't get rid of some of the weight under my chin. These products have tightened my skin around my jawline and reshaped my chin dimple. I highly recommend.
