I bought these I hope they help my body grind my teeth in my sleep. Hopefully this will give me the jaw strength I need so I don't unknowingly grind my retainer while I sleep. My only complaint is that there are no instructions at all on how to use this product. That speaks for itself, of course, but is there a correct way to use it? Back and forth? How long should I exercise? When do I switch to a harder power? It would also be nice if each one was labeled so I don't mix them up.
