Review on Toddy® Artisan Cold Brewer Stainless by Jen Slocum

I've been using Toddy's Original Cold Brew System for years but decided to buy this mini coffee maker from Toddy to make those summer days that decaffeinated coffee you want just a good cold coffee and no caffeine. I don't drink enough cold decaf to justify my full toddy, which is the perfect size. I use 4 ounces of ground beans and 2 cups of filtered water to get close to the ratio I use in a large toddy. (It should be 2 1/3 cups to be exact, but that's not quite right.) I use about 1/3 cup concentrate to 2/3 cup water, which makes 4 servings. Well done. Low tech and does the job! A small glass that fits perfectly in the fridge. I would also recommend this to those who just don't have room for a full sized toddy.
