I am 66 years old and a sprinter. Science says stepping is the first thing you should do, so I focus on keeping my stride. I just bought my second set of fast play hurdles so I can set up 12 of them 6ft apart to make sure I maintain a good leg lift. I had a set of these bent plastic pieces but they warped after sitting in the garage over the summer! They are also easy to pack for travel. It takes a little practice to get used to putting them back in after you've knocked one of them out to the point where it pops out at the joint, but that aspect of the separation is fine if it doesn't let it split in two . I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 because between my two purchases they went from a pretty knitted bag to a cheaper plastic bag. They probably saved 10 cents. I will never understand why companies cheapen things unreasonably. I would give them 4.5 stars if I could.
