Received opened and used product.
Bought a month ago and it was great, bought another one but the plastic packaging was open, the towel smelled strongly chemical and weird and the entire outer packaging was covered in a sticky brown substance . I contacted support but a week has passed and there is no reply. I was killed by the urge to throw one but compared to my original purchase it was VERY obvious it was fake and given the global situation I couldn't risk it. Would you like someone from aquis to get in touch and ask if I can get a NEW towel?
