I like how easy it is to use. There are many options to choose from, which makes it very user friendly! It's also pretty affordable. The only thing I don't like about Accolade is that there isn't much you can do with it once your insurance doesn't cover it anymore. You have to go through another program called "My Account" to get paid for services provided. If you have any questions or concerns please contact them at 1-855-854-4899. I use it to send my patient reminders of upcoming appointments. It's not always perfect but it does help me to keep track of things.
