Not enough sockets? Take it!

Handy little device. Simple and effective. For some reason the builder of my house thought the garage only needed one outlet, which pissed me off. I got this 6 outlet adapter and it has made it so much easier to plug in multiple devices in my garage. There are two three-pin connectors on the back (see attached image). I have confirmed that the top plug only powers the top three outlets and the bottom plug only powers the bottom three outlets. The installation is very easy. If you want to use it temporarily, you can simply plug it into an outlet without removing the outlet cover. If you need a "more permanent" solution, remove the wall outlet cover (middle screw in the middle), plug this unit into the wall and secure it with the longer screw included with this unit. Don't over-tighten this screw, you just want it to be tight enough so that the adapter doesn't come loose from the wall. This is not a network filter. This is a simple floor adapter (hence the 3 pin plugs on the back) that converts a 2 pin wall socket into 6 plugs. It's rated for 15 amps (which is most likely your outlet's rating). So if you overload the circuit breaker of the outlet it is plugged into, the circuit breaker will trip. bell or buttons are pressed. It is not compatible with Bluetooth. You can't control it with your phone, voice, or hand gestures. It cannot be hacked, but connecting your computer to it does not make your computer immune to hacking attempts. It's a deterrent to saber tooth tigers because I haven't seen a single tiger since I installed mine. It is made in China. It works out. It works fine.####UPDATE 10/25/2016####It still works great and still no sign of tigers.
