perfect . Works perfectly .
works perfectly so far. Big upgrade for the factory. My factory resistor was so bad and blown due to age and heat transfer that I had to remove 4 pins on the new one to install it, but they are easy to break and easy to install. I didn't need a new wiring harness as mine was a plug and play 99 Astro van. Works perfectly.
