I like how well this integrates with our POS system in addition to being able to connect via an app for those who want more flexibility outside their restaurant walls! We were looking at two different types of apps but didn't feel confident enough about one or another option as we wanted something robust (and not too expensive) without having much expertise ourselves or needing additional support from IT - hence why we chose cukcuku over similar options available through others such as Square. It also doesn’t seem very user friendly when you first set up so be prepared if there are issues getting your account live etc., have someone else help out until things work out. This was purely done due diligence however our business partners recommended them which led us down their path instead of going elsewhere.
