Review on TimeEnforcer by Gregory Shin

The software was easy enough for my staff to use, with no training required! This has been very effective in reducing some of our manual processes - allowing us to spend more time supporting employees and less time entering data into spreadsheets or other programs. It's a little difficult to navigate around if you haven't used an online product before (and I hadn't), but this can be mitigated if there are multiple people working together using different computers etc. It would have made sense to create a trial version first so that new users could understand how everything works without committing themselves too much at once. We were looking to improve control over pay periods by automating several processes and creating reports and notifications for managers/supervisors about missed timesheets / late payment reminders.
