Review on ๐Ÿ›๏ธ 600-Thread-Count Egyptian Cotton Siberian Goose Down Comforter by Egyptian Bedding โ€“ King Size, 70 oz. Fill Weight, Solid White by Dana Manning

Winner for Cold Winter (vs. Costco Pacific Coast White Goose 650 fp)

Recently purchased a Pacific Coast Goose Down comforter (650 fill power) from Costco, a very nice comforter they claimed 4 seasons. I just wasn't sure if it was thick enough to endure the cold winter season. So I didn't use it, but continued to search the internet and ordered this one. I see a clear difference between them. The most noticeable difference is the weight. The cotton itself is much thicker, so Egyption bedding is already much warmer. The filler is twice (or even three times) thicker than Egyptian linens, but contains a lot of feathers. Hard feathers can be felt when you touch them, and dark feathers can be seen even through such dense cotton wool. The Pacific coast is meanwhile only filled with really soft fluff. When you take it you don't feel the hard spring inside. I like both for different reasons but what I was looking for seemed to be Egyptian bed linen as I was looking for a thicker one for the coldest of winters. by weight and thickness - clearly contains feathers - a material that makes louder noise - pull tabs for duvets. Very pretty - Not suitable for other seasons than winter Pacific Coast 650 fill power - Soft cotton lining, less noise, white striped texture - No down tongue. Suitable for use without a duvet. Very fine goose down filling, lighter, not light enough for summer. Suitable for spring, autumn and warm winter. light for the summer and extra heavy for the winter and I don't need anything that can't cover. However, if you live in a warm region or keep your room temperature warm in the winter, I recommend Costco as it looks better. The attached photo shows Pacific Coast at the bottom and Egyptian linens at the top.
