Let me start by saying that I have used many gaming mice, for example over 50 of them. The Logitech g502 has always been a quality mouse and a lot of people just love this thing for the design and the overall quality of the mouse; That being said, there are a few things to consider when considering purchasing this particular mouse. The advantages of this mouse are quite simple and are as follows: - Comfortable shape for most right-handed people, but should be more comfortable. Comfortable for people with medium to large hands. - Good build quality that easily puts it in the same category as other "premium" in this price range or even slightly higher. - Scroll Wheel: This is one of my favorite mouse functions. Allows infinite scrolling to navigate faster through tiresome EULA pages and quickly increase or decrease the volume on YouTube or other video streaming sites, but without sacrificing the much-needed precision of standard mouse wheel steps. Convenient to use, but it's metal, which leads to a downside that I'll get to later. Sensor: The Logitech Hero sensor has been tested many times and found to be roughly on par with the PMW3360 series sensors (including the 3366 on the original g502), but its lower power consumption makes it advantageous for use in wireless mice, which is what this allows for longer battery life. The cons of this mouse make it difficult to recommend it to everyone and that's why I don't usually recommend it as a first choice. Weight: oh my god. This is one of the heaviest mice I've used in a long time. I don't know exactly how much it weighs, but it looks very similar to the original, which I think weighed just over 130 grams. Most gaming mice are rated at 100g or LIGHTER because reducing the weight of the mouse makes it easier to use for longer and offers a higher level of control. Not exactly a "safe" form, this may or may not matter to you. but I found it worth mentioning. Obviously this is a right-handed mouse and won't necessarily suit you if you have very small hands (I have very small hands and can't reach the sniper button at all, but the mouse is still comfortable). I would say it's a top notch mouse, but only if you can ignore the weight. I would recommend as always if you have the opportunity to go to a local store and try out a few mice to see which you like best and make a decision after understanding what type of mouse shape You want . I'm not going to recommend you to buy the product or not, so I'll leave it at that.
