It was easy for our team who had never used this before to set up, configure and manage all aspects of our logistics process using CPW from start-to-finish. There were no issues during implementation, but we did have some initial configuration needed to do prior to launch which didn't seem like there would be an issue though it may just not be intuitive enough at first glance. The most important thing is that they really care about their customers. They want you to succeed and will go above and beyond to ensure your success! We use CPWS as part of our Logistics module within Dynamics 365. Some areas include Contract Risk Management, Warehouse Receipts and Quota Tracking.
