Review on DIRECT DLM by James Holker

I like how all my downloads are listed in queue order which helps me check when everything will be completed without having to wait! It's not nearly as smooth sailing compared other products out there but what it does well has always been a high priority so we can't really complain too much! We use DDLP - Direct Download Manager Professional Edition & V2V Hosting Platform Software Integration Server v1.4 from SoftPerfect Solutions Ltd I like everything about DirectDLm except their support team! They are absolutely terrible!! No matter what you do they don't understand how things work in your environment; it's always "it didn't happen" when something does go wrong - which has happened quite often since we started using this product over 2 years ago now. We have had problems getting our file downloads working properly as well as having some very strange errors thrown up from Dlmanager itself such as 'File Download Error'.
