I bought several of these.It is advertised as "fine wool from australia". Not pashina or cashmere-- if you think 43x96" pashmina or cashmere costs $40, I have a bridge to sell you.Is it pure wool? I di not know, I was not there to shear the sheep, but:1) the print is true to the picture2) blended wool is much easier to take care of in my climate.3) can be washed delicate cold water.Worth the money.
