I wasn't sure if these exercise balls would work but after watching a video on You Tube I took a chance. These balls are great! They allow you to practice all your recordings in your home without worrying about breaking a window or "blinding" anyone in your family! And they give a pretty precise feel when you throw them - BUT you have to swing them well or they'll dig into the grass - and let you know you've missed them! A GREAT DEVELOPMENT compared to the hard plastic exercise balls of the 50's and 60's! These works! And make practicing at home something you want.
