Review on Innovate Motorsports 3882 Solenoid Controller by Max Guerrero

I got this on February 18, 2015 for almost $300, you'd think it would last at least a year. It's December and not even a full year and the screen went black and after turning the car off and on again black screens. I hooked it up to the battery I use to test car stereos and still a black screen. So after not getting any response from customer service after going to their website I decided to take a closer look since I worked on electronics in my job in the military. Found a screw on the back, not even in the stud, just holding the group of wires in place. I suppose it's like screwing a video cable into the monitor on the back of a desktop PC so you don't lose the connector. work again So I'd raise the stars more, but the lack of a response from their customer service team while the warranty says up to a year as that's clearly not the case is disappointing.
