I measured myself with a tape and the vest fit exactly as advertised.I'm right in the middle between Large/Extra Large and went with the XL knowing I'm much more likely to gain weight than lose. Everything seems well designed and constructed,I think it looks very nice although I didn't get the compliments that many do.I attribute this to the fact that I'm old and not very handsome anyway.
