I like the way it looks. Although it hurt like Jon Snow. My wife had to do it for me. She ended up taking one of the others and sticking it in the hole in her septum and it's SUPER CUTE. I don't know, but when I come across mine a certain way (usually when I'm going to get my glasses fixed) I almost scream in pain. One end of the double is not welded (?) to the rest and rests against my tender hole (so she said). I need to take a picture but I can't at the moment. I would probably recommend it if you really like the aesthetic of a double nostril piercing but can't get a second piercing. Another one is on my "to pierce" list so I'll most likely drop that hoop.
