The best thing about this is that you can get feedback from your manager for any of your work done. You also have access to all resources needed in order to do your job well. It was difficult at first but I got used to it very quickly. There are times where we don't receive training which makes us feel left out sometimes. Also there are some things that aren't easy to find like certain tools that might help with our jobs. So far so good! As long as they keep doing what they're doing now, everything will be fine. We use this software during my workplace when working with different projects. This helps me manage tasks, check progress, communicate with others etc.
