Good and cheaper alternative to Lutron Claro
Color - match, Installation - very easy.Only drawback like a few other have mentioned that the switches may not appear flush. I installed and reinstalled a couple of times to see if moving the switches around changes anything. They do appear fine when the back plate is installed, but do not appear flush when the cover is installed. But this did not bother me enough to not buy more of these.
