This compact dehumidifier is a great idea and would solve the moisture problem on my 36ft sailboat. It's small enough to fit in a galley sink so emptying it in keep using mode was easy. I installed the unit in April and it worked fine, turning on the power and dropping the humidity to 45% overnight. When he returned to the boat in July, he found the device was not working. This is the third session this year. The other two devices would not turn on when I first took them out of the box. They were returned by Revain. The third tuned in on reception and hoped for better results. But two months later it stopped working either. I checked all connections, removed and reinstalled a bucket of water several times. The 110v sockets have been changed but there is no electricity. I spoke to a support rep who went through the same troubleshooting steps I did. She told me to send the block back. That's where we are. Do not purchase this product until the power issue is resolved.
